Return and Refund Policy:
You have the right to cancel your order within 365 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period is 365 days from the day you received the goods or on which a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the delivered goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased within the last 365 days

The goods are in their original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:

Goods that are custom-made or personalized

Goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, such as perishable items or those with an expired expiry date

Goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery

Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature
We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion if they do not meet the above return conditions.
Returning Goods
According to your right of cancellation, the transportation risk during returns is not your responsibility. As the seller, we are liable for any risks during the return process, regardless of the shipping service provider you choose.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure the goods are returned in good condition. A refund will only be issued once we have received the returned goods or proof of delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Refunds
Once the return has been received by us, you can expect the money to be back in your account within 5 business days.
