Can I change my order?

Our orders are often processed very quickly, which is why online changes are not possible. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible via klantenservice@zapply.nl or WhatsApp +31 20 308 62 63. If your order is not yet prepared for shipment, we will be happy to see what we can do.

Can I change my address?

This is only possible via customer service. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can update the address if your package has not yet been shipped.

I did not receive an order confirmation, what now?

First check your spam or junk folder. Nothing there? Send us a message at klantenservice@zapply.nl and we will check whether your order has been processed correctly and resend your confirmation.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive a DHL track & trace link by email. You can use this to follow your package. Please note that delivery usually takes 1–4 business days.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice is always sent by email. Can't find it? Send us your order number and we will resend it.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancelling is possible as long as your order has not yet been processed in our warehouse. Contact customer service immediately; we are happy to help.

What is the average delivery time?

Orders are usually delivered within 1–4 business days via DHL. During busy periods (such as holidays) delivery may take a bit longer.

My order is delayed, what now?

Has your package not been delivered after 4 working days? Contact customer service and we will look into it immediately.

Can I change my delivery time?

Unfortunately, this cannot be done directly via DHL. Contact customer service and we will see what is possible.

Returns & Refunds

How can I return an item?

Email us your order number via klantenservice@zapply.nl. You will receive a free return label and further instructions. Return the item within 30 days in the original packaging.

How does the 30-day performance guarantee work?

We are so confident in our product quality that you can try them risk-free. If you are not satisfied after 30 days of use, we will send you a free return label and refund your full purchase amount.

Are there any costs for returning?

No, returns are completely free of charge.

How quickly will I receive my refund?

Within 14 days after we have received your return or processed your withdrawal. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used.

Will I receive a reminder before my subscription renews?

Yes, you will receive a reminder a few days before renewal. This gives you the chance to receive, pause, or adjust your next delivery on time.
